As they continue to expand their presence in the UAE, they are seeking an ambitious and knowledgeable Medical Sales Representative to join their elite team in Dubai.
As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be the face of the brand—responsible for building strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, plastic surgeons, and medical spas. You will drive sales performance, educate healthcare professionals, and represent cutting-edge, clinically proven skincare technologies in the market.
Promote and sell advanced skincare, injectable aesthetics, and cosmeceutical products to medical professionals across Dubai and wider UAE
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in private clinics, hospitals, and medi-spas
Conduct product presentations, scientific detailing, and educational training for clients and stakeholders
Drive territory growth through new business development and effective account management
Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and emerging innovations
Represent the company at medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events
Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand awareness campaigns
Ensure accurate reporting, CRM updates, and achieve/exceed monthly sales targets
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field
Minimum 4 years’ experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales (skincare/aesthetics experience highly desirable)
Strong network within dermatology and aesthetic medicine in Dubai or the UAE
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Professional, polished, and passionate about skincare science
Valid UAE driving license and flexibility to travel within the territory
