VA Consulting Group are working exclusively with a top beauty and wellness company in the UAE, who are now seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee its multi-site operations, covering several sites across the UAE. This company is a leader in the industry, offering premium beauty and wellness services across multiple locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and strategic professional with extensive experience in beauty, wellness, retail, or hospitality sectors.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and business growth. The role requires a proactive leader with strong multi-site management experience in the UAE, excellent team leadership skills, and a passion for customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple locations to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, customer experience, and revenue growth.
- Ensure all locations adhere to brand standards, policies, and operational procedures.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive performance improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to achieve operational goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and HR teams to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
- Manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure financial performance targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, health & safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Implement innovative solutions and technologies to enhance operational processes and customer engagement.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations management within the beauty, wellness, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations in the UAE.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management (essential).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on enhancing client experience.
- Proficiency in operational management tools, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- An understanding of the luxury market is also highly advantageous.
