The Compensation & Benefits Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s compensation and benefits programs. This role requires expertise in salary structures, incentive plans, employee benefits, and market benchmarking to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant with local labour laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure salaries and benefits remain competitive within the industry.
- Oversee job evaluations, salary structures, and pay scale adjustments.
- Manage and administer incentive programs, bonuses, and performance-based rewards.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and international best practices in compensation and benefits.
- Develop and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, pension plans, and other perks.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure effective payroll and benefits administration.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management regarding compensation trends and workforce planning.
- Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with compensation policies.
- Lead employee communication and engagement initiatives regarding compensation, rewards, and benefits programs.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably within the consumer industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and compensation regulations.
- Experience with job evaluation methodologies such as Mercer or Hay Group frameworks.
- Expertise in salary benchmarking, pay structure design, and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
