Role Overview:
As Digital Marketing Director, you will shape and execute the brand’s digital marketing strategy across the region, ensuring alignment with global objectives while tailoring campaigns to regional audiences. You will oversee a multi-channel approach across performance marketing, social media, content, CRM, and e-commerce, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the digital marketing strategy to drive brand growth, market share, and customer engagement across the Middle East.
Manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid media, social, programmatic, CRM, influencer marketing, e-commerce platforms).
Lead a team of digital specialists and agency partners to ensure best-in-class execution of campaigns and digital initiatives.
Analyse market trends, consumer behaviours, and digital innovations to anticipate opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
Drive the personalisation of customer experiences through data-driven insights and advanced analytics.
Oversee the content strategy, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines while maintaining local relevance.
Partner with commercial, product, and brand teams to support e-commerce growth and omnichannel strategies.
Own and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximised ROI.
Report regularly to the senior leadership team on digital performance metrics, KPIs, and strategic recommendations.
Candidate Profile:
12+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record within consumer-facing industries (FMCG, retail, e-commerce, luxury, or global consumer brands).
Strong expertise in digital channels, performance marketing, and analytics, with hands-on knowledge of leading digital tools and platforms.
Experience leading large-scale campaigns across multiple regions, ideally with international or cross-cultural exposure.
Demonstrated success in team leadership, agency management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global corporate environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Based in Abu Dhabi (or UAE) or wider GCC region, open to relocation.
