The Reward Consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting clients across a wide range of industries on all aspects of reward, compensation, and benefits strategy. Working as part of a high-performing consultancy team, the successful candidate will contribute to the design and delivery of reward solutions, market benchmarking, job evaluation, pay structure design, incentive planning, and broader HR advisory initiatives.
This position offers exposure to regional and international clients and requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for delivering practical, commercial solutions.
Partner with clients to understand their reward and compensation challenges and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct market benchmarking studies and prepare detailed analysis on salary structures, benefits, and incentive schemes.
Support the design and implementation of compensation frameworks, grading systems, and pay structures.
Contribute to the development of short- and long-term incentive plans aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
Assist clients with job evaluation methodologies and organisational design initiatives.
Collaborate with senior consultants and managers to deliver projects on time, to scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to client stakeholders, supporting evidence-based decision making.
Keep abreast of regional market trends, regulatory updates, and global developments in compensation and benefits.
Participate in the preparation of proposals and support business development activities where required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional HR certification preferred).
2–5 years’ experience in reward, compensation, or HR consulting within a professional services firm or a large multinational organisation.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, data modelling, and statistical analysis.
Solid understanding of reward methodologies, pay benchmarking, job evaluation, and incentive plan design.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Team-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable to a fast-paced consulting environment.
Based in Dubai or open to relocation.
