Our client is one of the most well known and respected beauty/hair/wellness companies in the region and a household name to many. They are currently continuing to expand their operations are are now seeking an experienced Beauty Trainer/Educator to join their corporate head office in Dubai.
As a Beauty Industry Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in equipping aspiring professionals with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the beauty arena. Your expertise will empower them to deliver excellence in their craft while meeting industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver professional training in various beauty disciplines (skincare, makeup, hair, nails etc.)
Design and adapt training programs tailored to industry trends and client needs
Assess and certify trainees in accordance with relevant qualifications
Stay updated with advancements in the beauty industry and incorporate them into training
The role will also be actively involved in setting training budgets and timelines as per the training plan, working closely with the spa's, HR department and Quality team too ensure delivery is within set timelines and approved budgets.
To be considered, candidates will have a minimum of 5- 8 years experience in addition to:
Proven experience in the beauty industry, with a track record of excellence
Recognized training qualifications (within training and also beauty is desired)
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
A creative and inspiring teaching style that engages and motivates learners
Preferably based in Dubai and familiar with the region's market trends
