Our client is a global leader in the beauty arena and is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Director to oversee and drive operational excellence across multiple salon locations in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute operational strategies to ensure seamless management of multiple salon locations.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Lead and inspire salon managers and their teams to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Drive operational efficiencies by analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices.
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control across all locations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance service offerings and customer experiences.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development of salon managers and teams to maintain a highly skilled workforce.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and set clear goals for teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure the company remains a leader in the beauty and wellness space.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior operations role, managing multiple sites, ideally within the beauty, wellness, or luxury retail sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving performance, leading teams, and delivering business growth.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and performance analysis.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Saudi Arabia.
