We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading beauty & wellness powerhouse in the Middle East, known for innovation, luxury, and strong digital presence. With a vibrant portfolio and a loyal customer base, our client is looking for a female Marketing Manager to lead and scale their regional marketing strategy — with a laser focus on digital performance and brand visibility.
Responsibilities include:
Own the full marketing strategy across digital, social, influencer, PR, and brand campaigns
Drive online growth, lead generation, and customer engagement through powerful digital tactics
Collaborate closely with product, creative, and eCommerce teams to execute 360-degree campaigns
Manage key digital channels – including SEO, PPC, Meta, TikTok Ads, email automation & CRM
Oversee content production, storytelling, and brand voice across all platforms
Analyse marketing KPIs and turn data into actionable insight
Lead external agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver excellence, on-brand and on-budget
Keep the brand ahead of the curve in trends, tech, and digital consumer behaviour
Role Requirements:
Currently based in Dubai- sadly candidates overseas can not be considered for this position
Minimum 8 years of marketing experience – beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry preferred however hospitality, retail and luxury are strongly recommended to also apply
A true digital marketing expert – you speak fluent Google, Meta, TikTok, and beyond
Proven success managing online campaigns, performance metrics, and customer acquisition funnels
Strong understanding of the UAE market and female consumer behaviours
Naturally creative, commercially sharp, and passionate about beauty & wellness
Confident leading teams, managing agencies, and presenting to C-level stakeholders
Energetic, hands-on, and ambitious – you love what you do and it shows
