An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Dubai. This role is perfect for an HR professional with a strong background in pharma, biotech, or medical devices & diagnostics (MD&D) who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
As the HRBP, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving talent strategies, organizational development, and HR best practices to support business growth and employee engagement. Reporting into the Global HR Director, this is an opportunity to lead a team (of approx 6) and partner with the senior leadership team to ensure HR strategy alignment with set business objectives.
The role will varied and focused on leading talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning as well as driving employee engagement initiatives and enhancing workplace culture. It will Oversee performance management processes and leadership development programs and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR policies. There will also be close collaboration with the recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent. You will also provide expertise in compensation & benefits, learning & development, and HR analytics and act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
To be successful, our client is ideally seeking a minimum of 8+ years of HR experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or MD&D industry, ideally for a multi national company or highly regulated environment within the GCC region. A strong background in HR strategy, business partnering, and change management is required, coupled with a deep understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills and have the ability to drive cultural transformation and organizational development.
