The Finance Business Partner will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and providing strategic insights to support operational excellence. Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, you will work closely with senior management to ensure financial strategies align with organizational goals, while contributing to the financial health and sustainability of the company. Our client is seeking a commercially astute individual with exceptional analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Planning:
- Partner with business leaders to drive long-term financial strategy and align it with operational objectives.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Lead the development and management of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Provide scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making and risk mitigation.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Deliver actionable insights through robust financial analysis, key performance metrics, and variance analysis.
- Develop dashboards and financial models to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Business Partnering:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with operational teams to provide financial guidance and insights.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and driving accountability.
- Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls.
- Support external and internal audit processes, providing required documentation and responses.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Drive process efficiencies and implement best practices in financial management and reporting.
- Leverage technology to enhance financial planning and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or business partnering, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to link financial performance to business outcomes.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Saudi financial regulations and experience working in a multinational or culturally diverse environment is highly desirable.
