A world-renowned multinational consumer business is seeking an exceptional Commercial Director to drive strategic growth and maximize revenue across key markets. Key Responsibilities will include Developing and executing a robust commercial strategy aligned with business objectives, Leading sales, marketing, and business development teams to achieve revenue targets and Identifying new market opportunities/ expanding distribution channels. You will also be involved in regularly Building strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and stakeholders, Overseeing pricing strategies, P&L management, and forecasting and Continuously Staying ahead of consumer trends, competitor insights, and market dynamics. The role will also focus on Driving digital transformation and e-commerce growth strategies.
To be considered, you will have a minimum of 10-12 years experience in a senior commercial role within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods. A proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion is required as is Strong leadership and team management skills. Successful candidates will offer Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, possess a deep understanding of the Middle East market and consumer behaviour and extensive experience in digital sales, e-commerce, and omnichannel strategies.
