Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of several salons, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and customer service standards.
- Lead and motivate salon managers and teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client experience, staff performance, and revenue growth.
- Monitor and manage budgets, inventory, and resources across multiple sites.
- Conduct regular visits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Collaborate with senior management to execute marketing campaigns and business initiatives.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Recruit, train, and mentor salon management teams to foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in multi-site management, ideally within the beauty, wellness, or retail sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of salon operations, customer service standards, and industry trends.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Flexibility to travel frequently between salon locations within Saudi Arabia.
- Knowledge of the KSA beauty market.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs in a similar role.
